SCENES FROM A REAL MARRIAGE

Scenes From a Real Marriage is a six part digital short series about Marissa and Mark, a biracial couple with young children, currently struggling with sexual and emotional intimacy. Marissa doesn’t feel seen by her husband. All she wants is for him to truly see her, yet ironically all Mark wants is to know his wife. Invisible and disconnected, they withhold and cope in a myriad of ways. Part sex comedy, part comedy-drama, Marissa and Mark awkwardly dance towards connection, one conversation at a time.
